Yes, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, courier issues, strikes, or natural events.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Customers must enter correct shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?
No, orders cannot be canceled once handed over to the courier partner.

When am I eligible for an exchange?
You are eligible only if the product is defective or damaged on delivery, a proper unboxing video is provided, and the request is made within 4 days of delivery.
What is the exchange window?
Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery. Requests after 4 days will not be accepted.
What is not eligible for return or exchange?
Products without an unboxing video, used or worn items, customer-damaged products, cancellation requests after dispatch, and requests made after 4 days of delivery are not eligible.
Is an unboxing video mandatory for exchange?
Yes, a complete unboxing video from parcel opening to product display is mandatory for any defect claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting customer support with your order number.
Are cancellations allowed after dispatch?
No, cancellations are not allowed once the order has been dispatched or picked up by the delivery partner.
What is the exchange process?
Submit an exchange request via email with your order ID and unboxing video. After verification, an approved replacement of the same product will be shipped.
How long does an exchange take?
Approved exchanges are shipped within 9–15 business days after confirmation.
